6. Underwater Crop Circles.
This underwater sculptures can be found below the waters of Japan. It’s quite amazing to see a male puffer fish spending hours on end to create this unbelievable work of art to entice females into their circles and seduce them.
7. Glass Squid.
This fauna is the more common name for the transparent cockatoo squid that inhabits the depths of the ocean. About 60 species of this amazing creature can be found in the North Atlantic water.
8. Sea Pens.
They do look like old-fashioned quill pens. The only difference is that they can only be found on the seabed of Long Sound, New Zealand. These unusual quill-looking creatures polyp colonies that primarily lives on planktons. Sea pens are commonly found in deep waters where turbulence is friendly.
9. Beached Whales.
Several whales have already been found on beaches like those found in 2014 in Newfoundland and more than 600 that were found washed ashore in February this year in New Zealand. These whales let the waves do it for them as they don’t have the energy to sustain life anymore.
10. Kaz II.
Also known as “the ghost yacht,” Kaz II was a 9.8-metre catamaran that was found floating off Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. The three-man crew, James Tunstead, Des Batten and Peter Tunstead, were nowhere to be found, however. Investigators were not able to establish the real cause of their disappearance until now.
