In 1871, the old building of Loftus Hall was demolished to rebuild again. Even so, the ghostly apparitions of young girl did not stop according to some.

67) CHARLES FORT, KINSALE

The troubled spirit of a White Lady has been reported to haunt this fort. The lady killed herself on her wedding day after learning that her fiancé was killed.

68) BELFAST’S GRAND OPERA HOUSE

There are many claims of unexplainable hair-raising experiences in this opera house. Ghosts are reportedly roaming around its premises. It is Belfast’s version of Phantom of the Opera.

69) Saint Michan’s Church in Dublin

People claim to have heard faint whispers along the entry way to this church. They say it might be coming from the souls of the mummies in the crypt below.

70) THOOR BALLYLEE

This Irish-Norman tower house is now a museum. Formerly owned by Lady Augusta Gregory, she passed it to her friend W.B. Yeats who claimed to have experienced himself paranormal encounters.
