8.) Gilgal Sculpture Garden in Salt Lake City

The most notable sculpture here, the Sphinx, has a finely carved face of Latter Day Saints Church founder Joseph. Sculptor Maurice Brooks completed the face using an oxyacetylene torch. The garden was part of the design and creation of Thomas Battersby Child, Jr.
