16.) Hole N’ The Rock

This unusual abode was hand-carved by artist Albert Christensen on the side of a cliff in the 1940s. It took twelve years before he and his wife Gladys was finally able to move in their new home. In 2000, the hole was sold to Erik and Wyndee Hansen by the original owner’s son.
