29. The Elektrownia Jądrowa Żarnowiec Nuclear Power Plant

This was supposed to be the first to be constructed Nuclear Power Plant in Poland. However, due to the economic and political situation in the country, as well as the Chernobyl disaster in 1986, the construction was put to a halt and the site abandoned.
