1. Verrückt.

Standing at more than 168 ft, the Verrückt is considered as one of the world’s tallest slides in the world. The 17-story tall water slide is located in Kansas City Schlitterbahn and was opened n May of 2014.

2. L2.

This is the world’s first double-looping slide. It is located in Wörlg, Austria. If you are in for shrieking moments, this is one you should ride. Be warned, however. This is not the usual water slide that you see in any other water parks. It’s not for weenies or wussies.

3. Insano Water Slide.

Five seconds is all it takes for the Insano Water Slide in Brazil to give you a rush that’s incomparable. At the height of more than 134 ft. and a speed of more than 65 miles per hour, this water slide will give you one hell of a ride.

4. Summit Plummet.

Sliding down from the top of the Summit Plummet in Disney’s Blizzard Beach in Florida will give you a rush like no other. This near-vertical drop is one of the tallest and fastest free-fall body slides in the world. There are no tracks or vehicle between you and the water, so you’ll go falling from over 120 ft. tall with a speed of about 60 miles per hour.

5. Scorpion’s Tail.

The “Scorpion’s Tail” is a ten-story-high, 400-feet long slide that features a long drop and a near-vertical loop. You can find it at the Noah’s Ark Water Park in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
