The Himalayan country of Bhutan is not directly imposing strict laws or caps on tourists, but it is trying out a new way by fixing a hefty fee for tourists per day (around $250 per day). This discourages tourists from coming here, and the Bhutanese Government can protect the purity of its land to a great extent.

Cinque Terre is a scenic village located on the Italian Rivera. The major downside to this place is the overcrowding of tourists.
