This is the more common name for a natural occurrence otherwise known as an algal bloom. The bloom turns red or brown resulting in the coloration of some parts of the water. During this phenomenon, a potent neurotoxin, known as the brevetoxin, is produced killing marine life, seabirds, and even humans when they are exposed or have consumed seafood contaminated with brevetoxin.

It was long believed that these are human-made structures and had been part of the long-forgotten Atlantis continent. However, after carbon dating, scientists revealed that this structure, which is now known as the Bimini Road was explicitly made by geological forces instead.

This natural phenomenon occurs when the sea air is cold, and the sun is flaring hot. This causes the Black Seato produce what is known as the sea fog.
